At Chimes restaurant, the menu is similarly in tune: signature dishes that represent the very best of the regional cuisines of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia—countries that share a passionate approach to food.
As any Asian cook will tell you, ingredients matter. We use only the freshest of ingredients which is key to maintain the authenticity and consistently high quality of the dishes we serve. Consignments of vegetables, meat and seafood are delivered almost daily, following our just-in-time inventory management system, to give our guests the freshest feasts in Dubai. We believe flavorful food needs no chemical enhancers, so we don’t use artificial ingredients, period. With a mission to provide our guests with great food and unobtrusive service—at outrageously reasonable prices we strive to make every dining experience at Chimes as memorable as possible.
